Welcome to Move Club!
You can read more about each class format here. Each week we release a Recommended Weekly Schedule, along with 1-2 new classes. Programs are a great way to stay consistent; they range from 5-30 day challenges.
You can either take classes using the web app, or download the mobile app (perfect if you’re using a phone or tablet).
For most classes you’ll need:
- Light hand weights
- A slider
- Resistance bands
- A pilates ball
- Medium & heavy dumbbells
Downloading & installing the app
- First, be sure to download the latest version of the app.
- Sign in using the email & password you used when you purchased your subscription
- Make sure to Allow Notifications. We never spam you — notifications are our way of communicating when live classes are starting and when new classes are available!
